JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW
The Strategic Planning Facilitation Coordinator has 2-4 years of business experience. CREO Facilitation Coordinators work closely with the CEO and other senior consultants in scheduling and delivering strategic planning facilitations for clients. Facilitation Coordinators are self-motivated, highly organized, and have strong quantitative, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, and a “do whatever it takes” attitude to meet client deadlines and deliver impeccable results.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitation Coordinators provide support on scheduling, note taking, meeting capture, theming, content creation, and compiling deliverables.

Logistics & Production

  • Handles scheduling of client facilitations
  • Manages and organizes all meeting logistics for client facilitations
  • Captures and organizes in real-time, comprehensive record of live discussions during facilitated client meetings
  • Ensures project team is set up for success for each client facilitation

Client Support:
  • Supports senior staff in preparing client materials such as, but not limited to, interview notes, categorical theming, spreadsheets, PowerPoint decks, status reports
  • Serves as point of contact for clients and expected to manage client relations for the CEO and/or senior consultants  
  • Owns the meeting experience for our client facilitations

Research, Data Capture, and Reporting:
  • Supports interviewing client key stakeholders, organizes and analyzes survey information, and prepares reports that summarize findings
  • Captures and summarizes internal and external meetings

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Executive presence
  • Exceptional verbal and writing skills
  • Live note taking skills
  • Exceptional typing skills – at least 80 words per minute (to be confirmed by a test)
  • Calendar management
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to adapt quickly to meet needs
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Client relationship management
  • Experience using Teams and Zoom
  • Demonstrated expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook including advanced experience with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines and manage multiple shifting priorities
  • Travel required
