Senior Analyst - AI Enablement & Organizational Development
JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW
CREO’s AI Enablement practice helps life sciences, healthcare, and technology organizations unlock the value of AI through strategy, governance, adoption change management, and hands-on upskilling. As a Senior Analyst on this team, you will work alongside senior AI Enablement leadership to design and deliver client engagements that stand up AI Champions programs, launch workshop series, operationalize governance frameworks, and drive measurable adoption.
This role is ideal for a proactive, highly curious consultant who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and emerging technology. You will learn directly from the senior leaders shaping CREO’s AI service line, serve as a trusted right hand to client-side Chief AI Officers and their champion communities, and grow quickly into owning new client spaces as we expand the offering. You live the CREO values and you are always learning and always teaching.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Support and Coordinate AI Enablement Engagements
You will contribute across the full lifecycle of client AI programs — from discovery and planning through delivery, adoption, and ongoing program coordination.
- Partner with senior AI Enablement consultants to deliver client engagements, including AI readiness assessments, governance frameworks, champion programs, workshop series, and use-case discovery.
- Support and participate in stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and working sessions to identify and assess AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, risk, and adoption readiness.
- Translate client pain points into practical AI opportunities, including chatbots, workflow automations, knowledge management tools, analytics assistants, and adoption toolkits.
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, tracking scope, schedule, deliverables, risks, and action items across engagements, including as a formally delegated Project Manager.
- Serve as a right hand to client-side AI leaders, program leads, and champion communities — coordinating meetings, capturing decisions, and keeping momentum between sessions.
- Collaborate closely with AI engineers and solution architects on the project side of delivery (planning, coordination, communication), translating their technical work into narratives that land with executives and end users.
- Maintain personal billable utilization at the rate of 1700 hours per year.
- Build polished, insight-rich PowerPoint decks, workshop materials, playbooks, and written reports that make complex AI concepts accessible to non-technical audiences.
- Develop and maintain enablement artifacts such as SharePoint sites, training repositories, champion community hubs, prompt libraries, and intranet content that sustain adoption after each engagement.
- Produce governance artifacts including AI solution intake forms, risk models, use-case inventories, and executive-ready status reports with strong attention to quality and client-readiness.
- Partner with clients and technical teams to deploy specialized AI or machine learning tools into client environments when needed.
- Support AI solutions in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments by helping document requirements, risks, controls, and user guidance.
- Comfortable managing personal workload across multiple concurrent engagements; able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and proactively communicate status and progress to the team.
Facilitate AI Upskilling, Training, and Champion Programs
You will play an active role in helping non-technical users understand, adopt, and get value from AI tools and solutions.
- Co-design and co-facilitate CREO’s AI Foundations workshops, champion kick-offs, hands-on labs, case contests, and recurring office hours for client teams.
- Coordinate training logistics and attendee experience across in-person and remote modalities, ensuring every session translates into adoptable use cases.
- Support AI adoption change management - internal comms, awareness campaigns, community-building - that turns pilots into organization-wide deployments.
- Package lessons learned, reusable templates, workshop guides, and engagement materials into scalable assets for future CREO AI Enablement work.
AI is moving fast. You will be expected to stay current and bring what you learn back to clients and colleagues.
- Continuously evaluate new AI tools, platforms, and agent frameworks; stay current on emerging capabilities relevant to client work.
- Actively use AI in your own daily work: drafting, summarization, research, deck development, and analysis. Demonstrate practical value through what you produce.
- Share what you learn through internal knowledge shares, client office hours, and champion enablement sessions; help the rest of the CREO team and our clients get sharper, faster.
- Approach the fast pace of AI change with genuine curiosity — a willingness to pick up new tools, frameworks, and methods quickly, and to learn from engineers, facilitators, and clients alike.
Strong communication is non-negotiable in this role. You will regularly translate complex work for non-technical audiences and sustain momentum across client teams.
- Record and summarize technical and executive discussions during client and internal meetings, ensuring decisions and action items are captured and circulated to the right stakeholders.
- Translate stakeholder interviews, use-case discovery sessions, and workshop outputs into structured written artifacts the client can act on.
- Communicate clearly, concisely, and confidently in both written and verbal form across technical and non-technical audiences, up to and including executive leadership.
We hire for curiosity, communication, and the drive to bring others along. If you meet most of these qualifications and are excited about this work, we encourage you to apply.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in consulting, training and enablement, program or project coordination, change management, or a comparable professional services environment.
- Experience supporting or building AI-enabled tools, automations, chatbots, workflow assistants, analytics tools, or internal productivity applications.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to explain AI concepts clearly to non-technical audiences without sacrificing accuracy.
- Advanced expertise in PowerPoint and Word, with a portfolio of polished, client-ready deliverables; strong working knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
- Deep working fluency with the Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner, OneNote).
- Demonstrated curiosity and hands-on experience with generative AI tools (Copilot, Azure Foundry, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and a genuine desire to adopt and teach new AI tools as they emerge.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams on tight deadlines with shifting priorities.
- Comfortable participating in stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions; able to translate pain points into structured requirements and practical AI opportunities.
- Work with cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure and AWS to support AI application deployment, user management, application provisioning, virtual machine configuration, and automation tasks.
- Strong collaboration instincts. Comfortable working shoulder-to-shoulder with senior consultants, clients, technical teams, and end users.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Commitment to CREO’s core values and making a meaningful difference in the world.
- Preference given to candidates in Durham, NC or a major US life science hub
- Project or program coordination experience; PMP (in progress or completed) a plus.
- Experience designing, coordinating, or facilitating training workshops or enablement programs.
- Exposure to life sciences, biotech, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
- Experience with or knowledge of AI or machine learning tools such as AlphaFold, Chai-1, language models, NLP workflows.
- Hands-on experience building SharePoint sites, Power Apps, or Power Automate flows.
- Familiarity with AI governance concepts: responsible AI, risk frameworks, and enterprise AI policies.
- Experience supporting champion communities, internal enablement groups, or AI adoption programs.
- Relevant AI certifications such as Generative AI for Everyone (DeepLearning.AI), Microsoft AI Fundamentals, etc.
